Adult Beginners' Course (10 classes) - This series has been designed for beginners who have never practiced Yoga, but may be beneficial even for students with some Yoga practice. It consists of physical exercises as well as some basic knowledge of Yoga Philosophy and Sivananda lineage. The 10 classes take a student from such basic aspects as re-learning how to breathe and relax to safe and comfortable practice of quite advanced Asanas (postures). After completion of the course, the student will feel comfortable and confident to practice Yoga at any studio or at home.

Adult Open Class (Sivananda Style) - It's an all level Classical Hatha Yoga class that consists of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations), which is a preparation for the following sequence of comprehensive Hatha Yoga postures (Asanas) that address the seven major chakras, and are beneficial for practically all of your body parts and systems. Besides the postures, the class includes two very powerful breathing techniques (Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma) as well as extensive relaxation (Savasana).
The sequence that has been used for this class had been devised by Swami Vishnu-Devananda and is based on a strong scientific foundation.
